LUPIN
Lupin collection is represented by 217 accessions, of which are included the following species: 5 landraces of L. albus, 42 landraces and 56 wild of L. angustifolius, 5 wild L. gredensis, 16 landraces and 22 wild of L. hispanicus, 35 landraces and 36 wild of L. luteus. The resource provides a broad base for future lupin improvement and is an essential tool for Spanish lupin breeders in their quest for higher yield, greater disease resistance and better adaptation to the farming systems.
